The Rite 13 ceremony marks the passage from childhood towards adulthood. During this ceremony we celebrate a God that accompanies us through our toughest times and a community that perseveres.
In his death Jesus blurs the lines between the journey and the destination, he lived his life in love and lays it down in love, creating a path, a way, for us to follow.

Using a resource entitled Reading Between the Lines, we'll use one text from the Sunday lectionary and examine the Biblical story and how the story is happening in the world around us and in our own lives.
Join us for a contemplative, spoken service of Holy Eucharist in the traditional language with prayers for healing. Followed by Centering Prayer in the Philbrick Room.
Free community lunch by the Common Table offers both sit-down service & dining as well as bag lunches to-go. All are welcome. Mobile Health Clinic is available from 11:30-1:30 in the Lower Parking Lot, serving and caring for any body.
Come hear Katherine Kolios, the Portsmouth-based Executive Director of the NGO Rain for the Sahel and Sahara. A simple and delightful lunch will be served.
