Outside the Box

Perhaps you are curious about Outside The Box . Four years ago we heard “God’s love refuses to be kept in a box.” This is Bishop Rob Hirschfeld and our Presiding Bishop’s vision of our “being the Beloved Community”.

In our early days we invited speakers to join the St John’s family for a simple soup and cheese lunch after the Sunday service, to listen and question a variety of guests.

For the last 18 months we have continued to invite guest speakers and transferred to zoom and sadly no lunch.

We are very pleased to have expanded our steering committee and have 6 meetings scheduled for the next year. We are always pleased to receive ideas for future speakers.

We hope that you will join us on the St John’s website.

Please join us as we prepare to launch our next season of speakers who will introduce us to new ways to carry God’s love into the broader community.
