Thoughts on “soul” & “After death”

As I get closer to the end of my amazing life, I wonder, what’s next?

The word SOUL come to mind, defined as that part of me that lives on after death. My nightly prayers are for the souls of those I would like to meet again…in what form I have no idea…only faith it might happen.

My essence, my soul, is unknown to me, but I believe it exists, somewhere. I guess time will tell.

Reflecting on this issue of SOUL and essence is a new dimension for me, one that need not have been delayed until this late in life. But then, I have usually focused on the immediate issues.

What about you? Do you wonder about “SOUL?”

I don’t remember many sermons on the subject, but so what? That doesn’t mean it is not worth thinking about…no matter your age.

So, I will keep reflecting on SOUL, and see what’s on the other side.
