An Invitation

Since March of 2020 this community has provided a Daily Reflection 6 days week. It has and continues to be a tremendous gift to many. It has allowed us not only to stay connected, but to actually deepen our connection with each other. People have loved putting faces with names with stories. It is what building community is all about. We have had sermons, music, poetry, personal reflections & sometimes simply updates…

I will confess that I have thought about suspending the daily reflections on a number of occasions. Each time I consider it someone will say, “The daily reflections are such a gift!.” So for the foreseeable future they will continue.

With that in mind I offer an invitation. As we enter into this new program year (See you at Kickoff Sunday tomorrow I hope!) please consider submitting a reflection to me. I am happy to chat with you about it if you are hesitant. This will allow us to continue this wonderful ministry. Even if you have already done one (or six!) consider writing another.

It can also be something inspirational that you have read. A poem, reflection, etc. Please help us continue this important means of connection.

I am so grateful to be the steward of this ministry and am grateful for the practice of facilitating it. Help us continue to connect.
