- The meal will be served from the parking lot adjacent to Thaxter Hall. Traffic will be one way. Please enter through the Chapel St entrance and exit onto Bow St. There will be parking spaces available to stay and enjoy your dinner
- Volunteers will hand you meals as you come into the lot. Please wear a face covering when interacting with volunteers
- You are welcome to enjoy dinner in your cars or to set up chairs behind your car. Please stay in and around your cars to minimize proximity to other folks.
- The bathrooms on the ground floor of Thaxter will be open. Please wear a face covering when entering the building.
