Reparations: It's More Than You Think

Presenter: James McKim, President NAACP: Manchester, NH,  Managing Partner of Organizational Ignition, Chair of the Episcopal Church’s Executive Council Committee on Anti-Racism & Reconciliation.

James McKim will present the Episcopal Church’s initiatives on anti-racism and reconciliation, with a special focus on reparations. At its most recent convention, the Episcopal Church in New Hampshire passed a resolution encouraging churches around the state to study actions leading to reconciliation and reparations. James will share with us about the origins of that resolution and invite us to consider how the St. John’s community can engage in that work.
