pARISH ADMINISTRATOR
Type: Part-Time, hourly (30 hrs/wk, non-exempt)
Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly wage based on experience; Paid time off, holidays, and other benefits as outlined in the parish’s employment policies
Schedule: Office hours Monday through Thursday, 9AM-3PM, with an additional 6 hours of flexible time. Some evening and weekend events are required, including the monthly Vestry Meeting, Kick-Off Sunday, the parish retreat, and other large parish events (4-6 events per year).
Position Overview: The Parish Administrator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the church, ensuring smooth administrative processes that uphold the mission and ministry of the parish. This position is responsible for managing parish data systems, overseeing membership and stewardship records, coordinating office operations, and providing administrative support to clergy, staff, and ministry leaders. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a warm and professional presence in the parish office.

DIRECTOR OF FORMATION
Type: Full-time (40 hrs/wk, exempt)
Compensation and Benefits: $59,000 - $64,000 commensurate on experience. Benefits package available, including health, paid time off, continuing education funds, and retirement contributions.
About the Position: St. John’s is a vibrant Episcopal Church committed to nurturing faith in an inclusive environment of joyful curiosity. We seek a Director of Formation to invite children, youth, and families into deeper relationships with God and one another through meaningful formation experiences.
The Director of Formation will lead and support faith formation for children and youth (toddlers through high school), faith-at-home initiatives, family engagement, and intergenerational connection. This role focuses on equipping and inspiring volunteers, fostering creative and engaging formation opportunities, and collaborating with clergy, staff and parishioners to integrate children and youth into the life of the church. Additionally, this position will assist with some adult formation activities as needed, ensuring a holistic approach to lifelong faith development in the parish community.
