Maundy Thursday

All are welcome to the Sanctuary and online. Our Maundy Thursday includes music and foot-washing. Following the service The Night Watch begins in the Side Chapel to recall how Jesus asked his disciples to stay up with him to pray while he awaited arrest. ‘Holy Week’ is the most holy week of the church year. On these days we honor the journey that Jesus went through in his final days in Jerusalem. The services offer an opportunity for all of us to contemplate Jesus’ ministry, the people whose lives he touched, and how his story is a part of our story.
