At least weekly we are reminded that we are a part of a larger Anglican Communion as we pray in our Anglican Cycle of Prayer. Sooky reminded us that of the 80M Anglicans in the world, 1.6M reside in the US. We look forward to an update on the desperate struggle facing young girls studying in Nigere facing the aftermath of a coup and climate change from Rain for the Sahel in January 14th 2024 and students from Zimbabwe now studying at local community colleges in March 2024.
Join us for a simple lunch and conversation at our next Outside the Box meeting and we hope that together we will have expanded our compassion in the world.
